Kathleen Kelley

Kathleen Kelley is a Manchester native and is currently serving her fifth term as a city-wide member of the Manchester Board of School Committee. She serves on many School Board Committees, including the Teacher Negotiation Committee, the School Safety Committee, the Finance Committee, Athletics and Student Conduct Committees.
Over the last decade, Kathleen has owned and operated the Richard E. Kelley Insurance Agency, LLC with her father, Richard. The company specializes in commercial and personal home, auto, life, health, and liability insurance.
Kathleen has been active in many youth and adult athletic leagues, including coaching Manchester East Little League and Manchester North Soccer League.
Kathleen is married to James Ramsay and together they have 3 children, Kevin, Katie, and Brendan. They also have one grandchild, Taylor.
Will Represent: Bow, Candia, Dunbarton, Hooksett and Wards 1, 2 and 12 in the city of Manchester
