Senator Peggy Gilmour
Serving District 12 since 2008
Peggy Gilmour and her husband David have lived in Hollis for 35 years. They raised their two children, Rebecca and Jonathan in the community. Senator Gilmour spent her early career as a visiting nurse. Her love for her community and work in health care brought her to establish the first hospice in southern New Hampshire. Senator Gilmour still maintains a private consulting practice.
Senator Gilmour has worked extensively in the community including serving on the board of directors for the American Cancer Society, the Greater Nashua Council on Alcoholism, and the Neighborhood Health Center for Greater Nashua, among others.
Senator Gilmour has served on the Health and Human Services, Transportation and Interstate Cooperation, Ways and Means, and Wildlife, Fish and Game, and Agriculture committees.
Represents:
Brookline, Hollis, Mason, and Wards 1, 2, 5, and 9 in the city of Nashua.
