Senator Morgan is serving his first term representing Senate District 23. For the 2019-2020 legislative session, he serves as Vice Chairman of the Commerce Committee and is a member of the Education and Workforce Development Committee, and Election Law and Municipal Affairs Committee.

 

Senator Morgan was raised in New Hampshire and lives with his Wife and two children in Brentwood. His major legislative priorities include Creating legislation that will lower utility bills, incentivize the development of affordable housing, and improve infrastructure, Pursuing policies that prioritize the fight against addiction, and Supporting and maintaining funding for public schools, the heart of our workforce.
