Senator Feltes Introduces Legislation to Expand Access to Solar Savings

CONCORD, NH—Yesterday Senator Dan Feltes (D-Concord) introduced SB 165, relative to net energy metering by low-moderate income community solar projects.

Senator Feltes Released the Following Statement After the Hearing:

“It’s time to build an economy that works for everyone and combats climate change. That’s why this effort to expand access to solar savings is so critical. SB 165 builds on bipartisan legislation passed two years ago to establish community solar projects in New Hampshire and will make sure everyone has access to the benefits of solar power, including people who live in manufactured home parks and multi-family housing.”
