CONCORD – Today, Senator Cindy Rosenwald (D-Nashua) and Senator Jay Kahn (D-Keene) issued a statement in observance of International Holocaust Remembrance Day.
The Senators issued the following statement:
“Today, and every day, we stand in in solidarity with Jewish people everywhere as we remember the over six million Jews murdered and five million others that Nazis deemed unworthy of life during the Holocaust. We must never forget the horror and depravity inflicted upon so many in one of the darkest, cruelest hours of human history, and we must be steadfast in our commitment to inclusion, justice, and conscientious leadership to ensure that we never again lose our collective humanity. Today and always, we honor the memory of those lost and renew our promise to never forget, and to fight for a better future.”
