Senate Finance Committee Restores Funding for SBDC

CONCORD - Today, the Senate Finance Committee voted to restore funding in the state budget for the Small Business Development Center. The SBDC's funding had previously been cut in the Governor's proposed budget.
After the vote, Senator Cindy Rosenwald (D-Nashua) issued the following statement:
"The SBDC has been a lifeline for our small businesses and our economy throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2020 alone, their estimated economic impact was $166 million. I am grateful that my colleagues recognized the importance of the SBDC and I am proud to cast my vote to support our small businesses."
