CONCORD – Senator Sue Prentiss (D-West Lebanon) has been appointed to The National EMS Advisory Council at The Department of Transportation. As a member of the Council, Senator Prentiss will provide advice and recommendations regarding EMS to NHTSA in the Department of Transportation and to the members of the Federal Interagency Committee on EMS.
Senator Sue Prentiss (D-West Lebanon) issued the following statement regarding the appointment:
“I am honored to have been appointed to The National EMS Advisory Council. Over the past year and a half, the nation has repeatedly recognized the critical importance of our EMS providers as we continue to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. I look forward to bringing my experience as a paramedic and as the chief of Emergency Medical Services at the New Hampshire Department of Safety to the Council.”
